The new Crew Lead Certificate program fills the leadership training gap for vineyard personnel. Focusing on leadership, communication, and supervision skills, this program prepares first-time crew leads and foremen to be successful, effective crew leaders.

Master Vigneron Academy

Highly skilled and well-trained vineyard personnel are one of the keys to success in the vineyard. To help train a skilled workforce, the Lake County Winegrape Commission established the Master Vigneron Academy® in 2012.
