The new Crew Lead Certificate program fills the leadership training gap for vineyard personnel. Focusing on leadership, communication, and supervision skills, this program prepares first-time crew leads and foremen to be successful, effective crew leaders.

Develop Management & Leadership Skills

MVA currently offers three programs for employers and vineyard personnel: the Credential of Master VigneronCM, Crew Lead Certificate, and Ag Labor Management continuing education.
